Rates and Availability
Vacation Rental Rate Information and Availability is as follows:
Ocean Sands requires a 2-week minimum rental. Please, no exceptions!
Rates for 2012:
1/1/12-1/27/12-$1,900 for 2 weeks (Sorry, we are completely reserved)
1/28/12-4/20/12-$2,500 for 2 weeks(Sorry, we are completely reserved
4/21-5/4-$2,200 for 2 weeks
5/4-8/10-$1,900 for 2 weeks (Sorry, we are reserved 5/26-8/10).
8/11-12/21-$1,600 for 2 weeks
12/22-2/1/2013-$1,900 for 2 weeks
Rates quoted are for 4 guests. Prices do not include taxes and fees. Wire transfers will require additional fees. Additional guests: $70 per week. Children under 5 are free of charge. Maximum total guests allowed: 6. Call for discounts on stays of four weeks or longer.
SPECIALS AND AVAILABILITY: We are currently offering an April special of $2,200 for 2 weeks (see above). Note: If our condo here at Ocean Sands is not available for your dates, please visit our new website describing our new, larger 3 bedroom condo in Indian Rocks Beach to check availability. Reservation deposit of $200 is required($600 for Jan-April)per 2 week reservation to secure reservation. Cancellation fee of $100 refundable up to 90 days prior to your arrival(120 days for Jan-April) if notified in writing. $90 cleaning fee due with rental payment and rental fees accepted only in the form of Certified Check, Money Order or US Bank Draft. Paypal and/or Wire Transfer Payments require additional fees. Taxes are extra.
Check-in time is 4 p.m. and Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. There is NO SMOKING allowed in this condo or on the balcony and PETS ARE NEVER PERMITTED. Guests will be evicted with no refund if found to be in violation of these rules. We appreciate your understanding of these important rules. Owner of this condo holds a inactive real estate license in the State of Georgia.
